The public VNS website is designed to collect as little information as possible.

This website
The VNS website is a static collection of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and public documents. It has no public accounts, database, custom form backend, advertising, or analytics at launch.
Technical delivery data
The hosting and content-delivery provider may process ordinary request data—such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and browser information—to deliver and protect the site. The VNS repository does not receive a visitor database from normal page viewing.
External forms
Registration and abstract submission, when active, link to an external university-approved form. The form owner, purpose, and deadline will be identified next to the link. The external provider's privacy practices apply to information submitted there.
If you contact the organizers by email, your message and address are received by the relevant institutional email system and used to respond to your request.
Public conference records
Programmes and abstract books may contain author names, affiliations, scientific titles, and other information intentionally published as part of the conference record. Requests to correct an archive record can be sent to vns@gmf.vdu.lt.
Cookies and local preferences
The site does not set tracking cookies. It stores only an optional local motion preference in your browser when you use the “Reduce motion” control.
